  • Clinic: Mon - Fri 8a-4:30p
  • Call Schedule: 10 days of mandatory 24-hour call is required for each full-time provider
  • Call-back%: Weekday 10, Weekend 10, ER 10, ICU 10
  • 100% Pediatrics
  • Avg.# of Office/Clinic Patients Per Day: 8-10
  • Schedule: 9
  • Add-ons: 1
  • Avg.# of Hospital Patients Per Day: 0-4
  • ICU: 0-4
  • Consults: 0-4
  • Lab onsite
  • Xray onsite
  • 5 Exam Rooms
  • Ancillary Staff: 1 RN Case Manager, 1 RN Diabetes Educator, 1-2 MAs, Dietician
  • EMR: Epic
  • Board Certified Required
  • Fellowship Preferred
  • BLS, PALS Required
  • Trauma Level II
  • Benefit and Compensation details:
  • Base Compensation: $256,000
  • Earning potential: $25,000 Quality incentive for a total comp of $290,000
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000 for relocation support
  • Bonus & Incentives: $25,000 Quality Incentive
