What You ll Do
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based internal medicine care in a value-based clinic setting
- Participate in health equity and population health initiatives
- Supervise and mentor internal medicine residents in clinical and scholarly activities
- Use population health tools, risk stratification, and care coordination to improve patient outcomes and reduce disparities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including care managers, social workers, pharmacists, and community partners
- Engage in quality improvement projects and scholarly activities supporting clinical excellence
- Support operational standards and help refine clinical practices for better efficiency and patient care quality
What You Need
- Valid medical license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one
- Minimum of 3 years of Internal Medicine experience or relevant training
- Strong knowledge of health equity, value-based care, and population health principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaborative skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor residents and participate in academic activities
