MUST virtually work with PTA in sister location to sign off on notes WILL BE REQUIRED TO REPORT TO SISTER LOCATION IN GREEN BAY, WI (1 1/2 HR AWAY PERIODICALLY FOR INPERSON CHECKS-F will PAY travel time at BR $ NO MILEAGE)
