Full-time locum CRNA coverage needed at two locationsLocums may work 12 consecutive months, then must take a 6-month break before returning for another 12-month period40 hours guaranteed per weekShift options include 8-hour, 10-hour, 12-hour, and 14-hour shifts, as well as night callOn-call required: one weeknight per month and one weekend per monthPrimarily trauma cases; CRNAs perform spinal blocks only - no regional anesthesia17 main operating rooms, 7 day surgery center rooms, plus specialty areas including cath labs, endo, and radiologyEMR: EPICPatient age demographic: Child, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric; 90%+ of patients are over the age of 12Must be proficient in conducting own pre-ops and working independently in a non-supervised practice modelActive Idaho license highly preferred; NBCRNA, DEA, and CSR requiredFacility:
