What You ll Do
- Provide specialized cardiothoracic surgical care within the facility s surgical team
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform thoracic and cardio thoracic procedures as required
- Participate in pre- and post-operative patient management
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and patient satisfaction
- Document procedures and patient interactions accurately and timely
- Comply with all hospital policies and medical regulations
What You Need
Required:- Valid medical license in Minnesota or eligible for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Thoracic Surgery
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
Preferred:- Previous experience in cardiothoracic surgical procedures
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to schedule and patient needs
