What You'll Do
Provide direct nursing care to Medical-Surgical patients
Perform assessments and monitor patient conditions
Administer medications and treatments
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Educate patients and families
Document patient care accurately
Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
Provide safe, compassionate, patient-centered care
Requirements
ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Active RN license or eligibility for RN licensure
- North Dakota or Compact License
BLS certification
Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
