The Role:
- Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316
- Assignment duration: ASAP start, 91 days
- Shift Type: 8-hour shifts (7a-3:30p). Regular Hours: Required.
- In House Call: Call and weekends required; beeper/backup call rotation (including weekend rotation)
- Cases: GS, Ortho, OBGYN, ENT, Plastics, CT, Neuro, Urology, EP, OMFS, Oncology, Dental, Vascular, Thoracic, GI
- OT: Not expected but offered.
- Site Charting System: Epic.
- Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes - approximately 20% supervised cases; 80% independent cases.
- What is the CRNA to MD ratio: 39 CRNAs to 17 MDs
- Are MDs doing their own cases: Some; supervision occurs in approximately 20% of cases.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 weeks
