Position:

• Start Date: 09/16, Potentially sooner
• Length of assignment: 60-120 days
• Crednetialing: 7-12 days
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday; 8am - 5pm
• Ages: Adult patient population
• Procedures: Comprehensive general dentistry
• Ops/Chairs: 10 Ops
• Staff Onsite: 2 GPs + locum, 3 Specialists, 2 RDH, fullstaff of DAs and TCs. Office Manager
• Is Endo required? No
