Job Details
- Position: CRNA - General Locum Tenens
- Location: Manchester, New Hampshire 03102 - a convenient and accessible southern New Hampshire location
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $4,750 - $5,540
- Duration: Approximately 12 weeks
- Schedule: Primarily 12-hour shifts on Thursdays and Fridays, with occasional 24-hour coverage for select OB shifts and holidays
- Shift Duration: 12-hour and 24-hour shifts
- Start Date: ASAP
- Case Mix: General anesthesia, endoscopy, OB, and cardiac EP; no CV, ENT, pediatrics, or neuro
- Environment: Supportive anesthesia team with strong communication and a collaborative care model
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of CRNA experience required
- Current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
- ACLS certification required
- NBCRNA or ABA certification required
- OB experience required for OB coverage shifts
- Ability to work independently during select 24-hour OB coverage shifts
- Comfort working in a busy, high-acuity anesthesia setting
- Regional blocks and line placement experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for a wide range of cases, including general anesthesia, endoscopy, OB, and cardiac EP procedures
- Deliver safe and effective coverage for scheduled 12-hour shifts and occasional 24-hour OB shifts
- Support labor epidural coverage and communicate promptly with the physician on call for escalated OB needs
- Perform regional blocks and line placement as needed
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure smooth OR workflow
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold best practices in anesthesia care
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on patient safety and excellent outcomes
