Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for November 23, 24, & 25 at their Corporate Health clinic in Fort Collins, CO. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 7:00am-4:00pm and Tuesday 8:30am-5:30pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
