Our client, a reputable and growing law firm with offices in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their firm.
This role supports a dynamic real estate finance practice in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This position provides support in the execution of complex real estate finance transactions including diligence review, drafting of loan documents, closing coordination, and review of title commitments, title exceptions, and surveys.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years or more of Commercial Real Estate experience is required
- Strongly preferred: (1) Bachelor's degree, (2) Paralegal certificate or Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, or (3) Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) designation
Candidate should be a highly organized, self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism are essential for success in this role.
