Job Opportunity: Locum - Physician - Gastroenterology in Bay City, MI

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide 24-hour call coverage from Monday 7am to Thursday 7am and 12-hour coverage from Friday 7am to 7pm.
- Perform ERCP as required.
- Collaborate with hospitalist support and work alongside two colorectal surgeons in the community.
- Manage a GI clinic located less than half a mile from the hospital.
- Participate in ongoing coverage needs and maintain patient care standards.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology (Truly BE providers are also considered).
- Active Michigan medical license (required).
- Experience with ERCP procedures (required).
- No malpractice history (required).
- Local providers preferred, as flight coverage is not provided.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Current DEA license required at the time of start.
- Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, and Flu vaccinations or appropriate immunity documentation.
- TB screening (within 12 months) and TDAP vaccine (within the last 10 years).
- Copy of the NPDB self-query required for presentation (should be pulled within 30 days).
