What You ll Do
- Provide neonatal and newborn care in four Level II NICUs across Oklahoma City.
- Collaborate with Neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop & implement care plans.
- Manage acute neonatal issues, assist with procedures, and monitor patient progress.
- Cover shifts in the NICU and additional nursery shifts at Lakeside.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and family education.
What You Need
Required:- Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
- Residency within the immediate local area (relocation may be required)
- Experience working in neonatal intensive care
- Valid state license (or eligibility to obtain one) in Oklahoma
Preferred:- Previous experience in Level II NICU settings
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
