What You ll Do
  • Provide neonatal and newborn care in four Level II NICUs across Oklahoma City.
  • Collaborate with Neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop & implement care plans.
  • Manage acute neonatal issues, assist with procedures, and monitor patient progress.
  • Cover shifts in the NICU and additional nursery shifts at Lakeside.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and family education.
What You Need
Required:
  • Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
  • Residency within the immediate local area (relocation may be required)
  • Experience working in neonatal intensive care
  • Valid state license (or eligibility to obtain one) in Oklahoma

Preferred:
  • Previous experience in Level II NICU settings
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
