This is much more than a job. You'll play an important role in helping adults with developmental disabilities live independently, safely, and confidently in their homes and communities.
What You'll Do- Provide attentive, support and care
- Assist with medications and medication accountability,
- Encourage independence and help participants achieve personal goals
- Build meaningful relationships with the people we serve
- Ensure health, safety, and well-being throughout the shift
- Help maintain a comfortable, clean, and welcoming home environment
- Be a positive role model and advocate for participant rights
Pay & ScheduleStarting Pay: $17.75/hour for candidates with:
- Assistance With Medications certification
- Good driving record
Full-Time Schedule:
- Every other Wednesday: 8 AM - 8:00 PM
- Every Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 8:00 AM- 8:00 PM

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be a high school graduate or have a GED.
Must satisfactory complete a criminal background check
Compensation details: 15.75-17.75 Hourly Wage
