Corporate & Securities Associate

An international law firm and one of the top 50 AmLaw firms is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Capital Markets practice in Charlotte, Chicago, DC, Houston, Los Angeles, Palo Alto or San Francisco.

Specific background in capital markets work is required. Experience working on private placements, Rule 144A offerings, PIPE transactions, initial public offerings, follow-on offerings of equity and debt securities, and continuous offering programs would be helpful.

Major law firm experience, excellent educational credentials and a willingness to take on responsibility needed.
