Key Responsibilities
- Handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions
- Advise clients on a variety of general real estate matters
- Draft and negotiate real estate agreements and related documents
- Manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 6+ years of general commercial real estate experience
- Big firm experience preferred, but not required
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage a demanding workload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
