Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Louisburg, KS. As an Infant Teacher, you will nurture and educate young children, creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment. Daily tasks include implementing age-appropriate curriculum, caring for infants' physical and emotional needs, maintaining a clean and organized classroom, and fostering positive communication with families to support the growth and development of each child. Collaboration with colleagues and adherence to safety and regulatory standards are vital aspects of the role.
Qualifications (will train)
Knowledge of Early Childhood Development and Child Development principles
Experience in Curriculum Development and Teaching young children
Strong Communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively
Ability to provide a nurturing and safe learning environment
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable
Passion for working with infants and a commitment to their growth and well-being
Must pass a background check
Pay is based on experience.
