JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM) or Board Certified in EM, IM, or FM
  • Licenses: Active MS state license; active DEA with MS address; CDS if required
  • DEA / CDS: Active DEA and CDS as required
  • Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS required (if not ABEM board certified)
  • Experience: Residency trained; case logs for past 2 years required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting to the ED.
  • Perform thorough medical evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging.
  • Coordinate patient care with specialist backup and hospital staff.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR.
