Requirements: Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or closely related field and at least 3 years experience as cost control estimator, engineer, or manager within the construction or engineering industry. Experience must include developing comprehensive cost estimates using parametric and bottom-up methodologies, performing cost modeling, variance analysis, and predictive forecasting, and use of SAP (or ERP equiv) for cost tracking/reporting and MS Excel, incl VBA-based modeling. Possess LEED certification (any level).
