Define, lead, and deploy enterprise-wide workplace transformation initiatives across Sanofis global portfolio of tertiary and R&D sites. Drive data-informed decision-making through advanced analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and deployment of standardized tools and processes. Ensure consistent, best-in-class workplace operations that support cultural transformation, sustainability, inclusion, and employee experience. Lead and manage workplace transformation programs. Partner daily with Digital, P&C Insights & Tech Strategy, DE&I, Finance, HSE, and Real Estate stakeholders to align workplace initiatives. Develop analytical frameworks, dashboards, and performance indicators to measure workplace effectiveness. Develop and deploy global processes and tools.
