Senior Engineering Professional, Manufacturing & Technical Operations
Key Responsibilities
Support engineering projects throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design through implementation and operational readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Automation, Supply Chain, and Operations.
Contribute to the development, execution, and maintenance of engineering and technical programs that support operational excellence and compliance.
Review, develop, and maintain technical documentation, procedures, protocols, reports, and related records.
Participate in risk assessments, troubleshooting efforts, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support qualification, validation, commissioning, equipment lifecycle management, and process improvement activities as applicable.
Ensure adherence to company standards, industry regulations, and applicable quality requirements.
Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise to project teams and business partners.
Assist in project planning, resource coordination, execution tracking, and reporting activities.
Support internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives when required.
Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices that improve efficiency, reliability, quality, and operational performance.
