We are looking for an experienced Databricks Manager to lead enterprise-scale data engineering and Databricks delivery programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple Databricks & Data Engineering teams
Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise data programs
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks & dependencies
Lead Databricks Lakehouse, Spark & Delta Lake implementations
Work closely with architects, engineering leaders, product teams & business stakeholders
Drive governance, quality, automation & continuous improvement
Manage client, executive & vendor communications
Support hiring, capacity planning and team development
Required Skills
15+ years of IT experience
Strong Databricks experience
Apache Spark & Delta Lake
Lakehouse architecture
AWS / Azure / GCP
Data Engineering & ETL/ELT
Large team & program management
Agile/Scrum
