Salary: $98,000 $120,000/year + Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance

An established pathology laboratory in the Cleveland, Ohio area is seeking an experienced Histology Laboratory Manager to oversee daily laboratory operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a current Histology Supervisor or experienced laboratory leader looking to advance into a management position!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across the laboratory, including Histology and Anatomic Pathology.

• Supervise laboratory personnel and coordinate workflows.

• Maintain quality standards, regulatory compliance, and laboratory efficiency.

• Support staff training, development, and operational improvements.

• Collaborate with laboratory leadership to ensure accurate and timely results.

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on Histology experience required.

• Previous laboratory supervisory or management experience.

• Knowledge of histology workflows, laboratory quality standards, and operations.

• Ability to lead and develop a laboratory team.

Compensation & Benefits:
