This is an independent contractor, commission-only opportunity with a major national brokerage.
Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions, or refer clients to other agents and earn a referral fee at closing
- Stay in touch with your sphere of influence and past clients using the CRM, marketing, and AI tools provided
- Follow local market trends to guide pricing and strategy for your clients
- Negotiate offers and coordinate transactions in line with applicable real estate law and Fair Housing regulations
Qualifications
- Required: Active real estate salesperson or broker license in any U.S. state or Canadian province
- New agents welcome
- Part-time agents welcome
- Full-time agents welcome
- Agents planning to retire or step away from the business welcome
- If you have an active license, there's a plan for you
Compensation
- Commission-only, paid per closed transaction or referral
- Independent contractor (1099)
- No monthly desk fees. A standard, minimal annual brokerage fee applies, and I'll walk you through the full fee breakdown on our call
