Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Facilitate daily stand-ups and identify current teamwork and ensure team is on track to accomplish project goals. Define project requirements for the team and help the team estimate the features and stories. Conduct iteration and sprint planning meetings to prevent over commitments and scope creep. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Derive metrics for every sprint and assess scrum maturity of the team and organization. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards, Utilize JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Azure Dev Ops, SharePoint, PeopleSoft, MS Project Visio, MS Suite, AWS, GCP, etc. Requirements: BS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering (any) or Information Systems or Technology or Commerce or Related AND 5 years experience including at least 3 years of experience leading and managing IT projects (OR) Associates degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering (any) or Information Systems or Technology or Commerce or Related and 7 years of relevant progressive experience including at least 3 years in leading and managing IT projects.
