Process ACH and wire payments, reconcile banking transactions, and prepare multi-state sales and use tax filings. Support business financing activities by preparing financial documentation for lenders and coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, and tax advisors. Develop and maintain accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial records in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
