Role: Contact Center Architect Location: Remote Job Type: C2C/W2/1099 Rate: $90-$100 on C2C Must have skills: NICE CXone / Siera: ACD, Studio, IVR, digital channels, skills-based routing, APIs, recording, analytics, and workforce engagement management.Amazon Connect: Contact flows, routing profiles, queues, CCP, Contact Lens, Amazon Lex, and AWS Lambda.Salesforce: Service Cloud, CTI integration, Salesforce Voice capabilities, Omni-Channel, and Agentforce.AWS: Lambda, Bedrock, API Gateway, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, EventBridge, and serverless architecture.
