CYNET SYSTEMS
San Jose, California, United States
Job description
Pay Range: $60.00hr - $65.00hr Job Overview: Reporting directly to the Director of AI Strategy, Transformation & Delivery, the candidate will sit at the center of a 350+ person global engineering ecosystem-driving hands-on workforce upskilling, owning the Reusable AI Asset Factory across 100+ active engagements, and co-architecting production multi-agent AI solutions. This is not a traditional desk-bound Solutions Architect role; the candidate will serve as an energetic builder-educator and technical evangelist who architects production multi-agent systems and personally delivers classroom trainings, hands-on coding labs, interactive workshops, and account-wide AI hackathons to transform delivery personnel across 7 distinct engineering personas. Key Responsibilities: Workforce Acceleration, Classroom Training, Labs & Hackathons: Own end-to-end technical enablement across a 350+ global delivery workforce spanning 7 role-based personas, including Software Engineers (SWE), Data Engineers, SRE & DevOps, QA & Testing, Technical Support, BSA & Product Owners, and UX Designers. Design persona-specific learning curricula and personally conduct classroom training sessions, live hands-on coding labs, interactive architecture workshops, and XX-bag clinics tailored to each persona's daily project workflows. Organize and run periodic account-wide AI Hackathons, prompt-engineering challenges, and "Build-a-thon" sprints that convert real project pain points into working AI prototypes. Build and maintain sandbox lab environments, capstone exercises, and guided certification study cohorts to mentor the Lateral FDE Launchpad cohort and internal Technical Leads through Cloud Partner Specialist (CPS) credentials, Cloud Professional Agentic Architect certifications, and the 32-hour Elite FDE Bootcamp. AI Capability Center (CoE) & Reusable Asset Factory: Own and architect the account-wide Centralized AI Asset Repository, converting project-specific innovations and hackathon winners into modular, production-ready building blocks that compress delivery timelines by 40% across 100+ engagements. Design, standardize, and maintain core reusable assets including modular Agent Skills, Enterprise System Prompt Libraries, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) Connectors. Develop Agentic Evaluation Harnesses, including LLM-as-a-judge autoraters, synthetic QA test suites, and drift telemetry. Implement Enterprise Data Onboarding Accelerators, Knowledge Graph (EKG) pipelines, and AI Security Guardrails, such as DLP redaction, Model Armor, and policy-as-code. Provide technical direction to a 10-member Elite AI Core Guild (Senior Solutions Architects, Data Architects, and SRE Leads) across four specialized pods: Forward Deployment, Agentic Workflows, Data & Knowledge Graphs, and Governance & EvalOps. High-ROI AI Solutions Consulting & Architecture: Partner with the Director of AI Strategy, Transformation & Delivery and domain Architects to conduct Systematic Workflow Audits across client Product Areas, identifying high-toil operational bottlenecks and designing outcome-driven AI transformation roadmaps. Co-lead the architecture and MVP delivery of flagship multi-agent solutions, such as intelligent ticket triage engines, automated privacy/compliance review workflows, spatial knowledge graphs, and enterprise resource planners, delivering 40% 60% business toil reduction. Enforce enterprise-grade security, zero-trust identity (SPIFFE/OAuth), VPC-Client routing, and token/cost optimization across all production AI deployments. Required Qualifications: 15+ years of progressive experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Architecture, and Applied AI/ML, with at least 3+ years architecting Generative AI and Multi-Agent systems. Proven Technical Training, Lab & Hackathon Leadership: Demonstrated passion and track record for personally conducting instructor-led classroom trainings, hands-on coding labs, developer workshops, and engineering hackathons to upskill large multi-disciplinary delivery teams (100+ to 350+ personnel). Active Cloud Professional Certification required (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Machine Learning Engineer, or Professional Data Engineer). Deep hands-on mastery of modern Agentic AI frameworks and stacks, including Multi-Agent Orchestration tools such as Agent Development Kit (ADK), Vertex AI Agent Engine / Agent Builder, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen; Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols and Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool development. Proficiency in modern programming languages and backend technologies, including production proficiency in Python and TypeScript/Go, gRPC service design, Protocol Buffers (protobuf), and REST/Federated Connector APIs. Experience with Data & Grounding technologies, including Advanced RAG architectures, Vector Search, Enterprise Knowledge Graphs (EKG), BigQuery, AlloyDB, and Spanner. Proficiency in EvalOps & AI Security, with experience building LLM-as-a-judge evaluation harnesses, hill-climbing accuracy frameworks, prompt-injection guardrails (Model Armor / DLP), and CI/CD telemetry. Demonstrated track record of building reusable engineering frameworks and leading an AI Center of Excellence (CoE), Developer Relations/Enablement program, or Architecture Guild. Exceptional communication and classroom facilitation skills, with the ability to both coach junior/mid-level practitioners in hands-on labs and translate complex multi-agent architectures into clear business ROI for senior executives. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working within or delivering complex engineering programs for a major hyperscaler ecosystem. Experience transitioning traditional engineering pods (SWE, Data, SRE, QA, Support, BSA, UX) into AI-augmented, outcome-based delivery teams using AI coding assistants (Gemini Code Assist, Cursor, Windsurf, or internal agentic IDEs). Benefits: Our Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Health Savings Account (HSA) Disability Insurance (Short-Term and Long-Term) Life and AD&D Insurance Paid Sick Leave (where required by applicable state or local law) Supplemental Insurance Plans Identity Theft Protection Pet Insurance Employee Wellness Programs Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Career Growth and Professional Development Opportunities Disclaimer: Benefits eligibility, accrual rates, and usage limits may vary based on employment status, length of service, and work location.
