The Process Excellence team works with clients to optimize core business processes, uncover operational inefficiencies and translate data-driven insights into measurable business outcomes. By combining process design, process mining, automation and emerging AI capabilities including generative AI and agentic approaches the team helps organizations redesign workflows, improve performance and build more effective operating models.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will take ownership of client workstreams focused on process excellence, automation and AI-enabled transformation. You will translate operational challenges into actionable recommendations, compelling business cases and executable transformation roadmaps.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading process discovery, process mining and root-cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Designing and prioritizing automation initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility and implementation requirements.
- Developing recommendations for target operating models, process governance and sustainable performance improvement.
- Identifying opportunities to apply generative AI, intelligent automation and agentic AI approaches to enterprise processes.
- Translating analytical findings into clear business cases, transformation roadmaps and actionable recommendations.
- Facilitating client workshops and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
- Supporting the implementation and adoption of automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Collaborating across strategy, technology, data and design teams to deliver integrated transformation solutions.
- Coaching junior consultants and ensuring high-quality client deliverables.

Your Profile

You combine strong analytical and consulting capabilities with a genuine interest in process transformation, automation and the practical application of AI.

You bring:

- 3 8 years of experience in management consulting, process transformation, operational excellence, intelligent automation or business transformation.
- Hands-on experience with process mining, process optimization or automation methodologies and tools.
- A solid understanding of AI and generative AI concepts and their potential applications in enterprise environments.
- The ability to identify opportunities where analytics, automation and AI can improve operational performance and business outcomes.
- Experience translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations and measurable value cases.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to engage with senior client representatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
- A collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.

The following would be an advantage:

- Experience with tools such as Celonis, UiPath, SAP Signavio or comparable process mining and automation platforms.
- Experience with target operating models, process controls, governance or organizational transformation.
- Knowledge of responsible AI principles, including data privacy, security, ethics and governance.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement qualifications.
- Experience working with AI-augmented consulting methods to enhance research, analysis and solution development.
