Within the Business Technology practice, you will work at the intersection of business strategy and technology, advising senior technology leaders on major enterprise investments, platform strategies and multi-year transformation initiatives. Projects are often business-critical and involve close collaboration with CIOs, CTOs and other senior stakeholders.

This is an opportunity for a technology strategy consultant who can translate complex architectural and technological challenges into clear strategic decisions, actionable roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead workstreams across technology strategy, enterprise architecture and AI-enabled transformation, helping clients modernize their technology landscape and operating models.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading workstreams in IT strategy, platform strategy and technology operating model design.
- Advising senior technology stakeholders on enterprise transformation priorities and strategic technology investments.
- Facilitating workshops with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and other senior decision-makers to drive alignment and support critical decisions.
- Developing executive-ready transformation roadmaps, investment cases and strategic recommendations linked to business value.
- Integrating AI capabilities into enterprise platform strategies and technology operating models.
- Translating enterprise architecture requirements and technical constraints into pragmatic implementation roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Assessing cloud strategy options and their implications for technology architecture, governance and operating models.
- Identifying opportunities to leverage generative AI and emerging AI capabilities to improve business outcomes and technology delivery.
- Contributing to project leadership, mentoring junior consultants and maintaining high-quality deliverables in complex client environments.

Your Profile

You combine strong consulting skills with a solid understanding of enterprise technology and the ability to connect technology decisions with business strategy.

You bring:

- 3 8 years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, IT transformation or management consulting.
- A strong foundation in platform strategy, enterprise architecture and large-scale transformation roadmaps.
- Working knowledge of cloud strategy and its implications for enterprise technology and operating models.
- An understanding of AI and generative AI capabilities and how they can be integrated into enterprise transformation initiatives.
- The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic recommendations and practical implementation approaches.
- Experience leading workstreams, managing project deliverables and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence engaging with senior executives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop compelling, executive-ready recommendations.
- A proactive, analytical mindset and a genuine interest in emerging technologies and their business applications.

The following would be an advantage:

- Experience in CIO advisory, technology operating model transformation or enterprise platform modernization.
- Exposure to AI architecture, AI enablement strategies or enterprise AI governance.
- Experience developing business cases and investment roadmaps for major technology transformations.
- Familiarity with responsible AI principles, including security, privacy, ethics and governance.
- Experience working with AI-enabled methods to enhance research, analysis and consulting delivery.
