WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead all daily operations of the Parts Department
Increase department profitability and gross profit
Grow and develop outside wholesale parts sales
Maintain proper inventory levels and inventory controls
Build strong relationships with service, collision, and wholesale customers
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a winning parts team
Improve department efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Analyze reports, manage expenses, and drive continuous improvement
Ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining strong operational controls
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 3+ years of Automotive Parts Management experience
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Proven record of increasing sales and department profitability
Experience developing wholesale/outside parts business
Excellent inventory management and purchasing skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
High-energy, motivated, and results-driven
Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Infiniti experience preferred
Nissan experience strongly preferred
Other import dealership experience will also be considered
