Job Summary & Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing technology in complex projects, providing technical guidance to a team of developers, and ensuring successful delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive code reviews, oversee quality assurance processes, optimize performance, and implement best practices and coding standards.
- Ensure process compliance, participate in technical discussions/reviews, and serve as a technical consultant for feasibility studies (technical alternatives, architecture best practices, risk assessment, component breakdown, and estimations).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and prepare status reports to minimize risks and resolve escalations.
