Summary
We are seeking reliable HELPERS to join our team at Javelin Logistics Inc. This role involves transporting goods safely and efficiently within the Tri-State area. As a Driver, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our reputation for timely delivery and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients.
Assist with the loading and unloading of products as needed using the company scanner.
Assist the driver with mapping and customer service calls
Maintain accurate delivery records by using a tablet to update the Co software.
Able to comunicate with customers.
Deliver & Assemble Furniture in Customers Homes
Provide Friendly, Professional Service
Ensure Safe Handling of Products
Work Weekends as Needed
Appliance Install teams are responsible for:
Delivery and installation of appliances, including but not limited to washers, dryers, refrigerators, and microwaves.
Providing their own tools.
Providing excellent customer service throughout the delivery and installation process.
Managing orders efficiently and providing real time status updates via mobile app.
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations for installed appliances.
Requirements
Must have experience in appliance installations; 2+ years.
Must have reliable transportation
Strong customer service skills to enhance client interactions.
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.
Familiarity with the Tri-State area is preferred.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
Must be 21 years or older
Able to Pass MVR & Background Check

Important Notes:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
Drivers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and expenses.
This is not a W-2 employee role.
Flexible scheduling based on delivery demand
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140.00 - $160.00 per day

Experience:
Delivery and installation of appliances: 1 year (Required)
Deliver & Assemble Furniture: 1 year (Preferred)
lifting heavy furniture/Appliance (100+ lbs): 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
English (Required)
License/Certification:
Driver's License and a Work Permit (Required)
