ITSM Solutions is currently hiring network & smart hands technicians to support commercial clients across the country. ITSM Solutions is a national IT field services company based in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, providing on-site technical support, installations, and break-fix services for businesses of all sizes.
We are currently expanding our local technician network in the Lehigh Valley (Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Tatamy) and are looking for experienced low-voltage technicians for structured cabling and low-voltage installs, multi-day commercial programs, and comfort with lift work, plus POS, networking, and smart-hands jobs at commercial sites.
Candidates must be able to provide their own basic tools, including a laptop, hand tools, and a vehicle.
Candidates must be able to read and understand English instructions, navigate mobile apps and web-based tools, and respond promptly to job invitations and scheduling communications.
Pay is negotiable upwards of the rate listed for your area, $0.67/mile one-way mileage reimbursement, parts reimbursed same day, bi-weekly pay.
This is a 1099 contract position. Technicians are paid per completed work order, and compensation varies by scope and complexity.
Candidates must be based in the Lehigh Valley area and able to travel locally for assignments.
