ITSM Solutions is seeking reliable and professional IT Field Technicians in the Atlanta, GA area (Duluth, Lawrenceville, Norcross, Marietta).
We are building a high-quality technician network, not a high-volume workforce.
This role is for technicians who:
Show up on time, every time
Communicate clearly with dispatch and clients
Take ownership of work orders
Maintain a professional attitude on-site
Typical Work Includes:
POS installations and troubleshooting
Network cabling and device setup
Equipment swaps and deployments
Retail and commercial IT support
Requirements:
Field experience preferred
Reliable transportation and tools
Strong communication skills (this is critical)
Compensation:
Pay is negotiable upwards of the rate listed for your area, $0.67/mile one-way mileage reimbursement, parts reimbursed same day, bi-weekly pay.
