John Beal Roofing is hiring a Roofing Sales Representative / Account Manager for the Louisville area. We are recruiting as we expand into this market. No prior roofing experience is required; training is provided.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Meet with homeowners and inspect roofs safely using ladders and roof access.
- Photograph and document roof conditions and storm damage.
- Explain roofing options, estimates, and the customer process.
- Assist customers with insurance-claim documentation and adjuster meetings as appropriate.
- Follow up with customers and manage the relationship through project completion.
- Develop customer relationships in Louisville, Jeffersontown, St. Matthews, and Shepherdsville.
WHAT YOU NEED
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability and willingness to work safely at heights.
- Strong communication, follow-up skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Roofing or sales experience is helpful but not required.
COMPENSATION
