- Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions, focusing on identifying mental health challenges and developing effective treatment plans.
- Create and implement treatment programs tailored to address symptoms of mental health issues, trauma, and dual diagnosis cases.
- Utilize our cloud-based EHR to maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with Medicare and Medicaid requirements.
- Provide clients with resources and tools to empower their recovery and maintain their mental well-being.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health counseling.
- Work collaboratively with a team of other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs, including the possibility of weekend and evening sessions.

Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Maryland.
- A minimum of three years of professional experience in mental health counseling is required.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage a remote practice effectively.
- Access to a reliable laptop/desktop computer and high-speed internet for remote sessions.
- Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.
- Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with cultural competence in mental health counseling.
- Proficiency in using technology for telehealth and electronic record-keeping.
- Experience developing and implementing therapeutic plans and interventions.
