Growing manufacturing company is looking to add a Quality Manager to their team. -Manage daily activities and priorities of the quality team -Oversee hiring, training, supervising, professional development and performance evaluations for department staff -Ensure first article inspection reports and certificates of conformance are completed accurately and on time -Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards -Ensure standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation are maintained -Participate in 3rd party audits -Analyze and report quality data -Document and initiate corrective action and risk analysis Required Skills & Experience -BS Degree required -A minimum of 3 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment -Experience with a production line required -3+ years of quality management experience -Strong organizational and communication skills -Proficiency with MS Office -Ability to multi-task Preferred Skills & Experience -Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 -Knowledge of quality processes and standards -Prior experience working with AS9100 program By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
