About the Role
The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling complex business litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and other commercial disputes. The candidate should have experience managing cases from inception through resolution, including taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.
Qualifications
Senior Counsel with 8+ years of business litigation experience from a law firm
Significant experience handling complex business litigation matters
Experience managing cases from inception through resolution
Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Licensed to practice in Arizona
