In this role, you'll apply your facility coding expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. Scope of Work Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and coding integrity. Evaluate AI-generated clinical notes and summaries against real-world documentation and coding standards. Validate alignment between clinical documentation and assigned codes. Write prompts that test how an AI handles real healthcare administrative work, including billing and coding, insurance and prior authorization, scheduling, and regulatory compliance. Correct the code/data when the model falls short, grounded in day-to-day operational experience.
