About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex business litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and other commercial disputes. The candidate should have experience managing all phases of litigation, from inception through trial.
Qualifications
Mid to senior level associate with 4+ years of business litigation experience from a law firm
Experience handling complex business litigation matters
Experience managing all phases of litigation
Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Licensed to practice in California
Compensation
The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is k, with bonus potential of up to $106,000.
