Argo is partnering with an established national law firm seeking a mid-level associate with 3-7 years of experience to join its Labor and Employment Practice Group. This position is available in the firms Orange County or San Diego offices.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience in management-side employment defense and 3+ years of employment litigation experience, including PAGA and wage and hour class actions.
Qualifications
Mid-level associate with 3-7 years of experience
2+ years of relevant experience in management-side employment defense
3+ years of employment litigation experience, including PAGA and wage and hour class actions
Licensed to practice in California
Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills
Compensation
The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is k. This is an employer estimate and the salary offered within that range will depend on candidates years of practice and relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this position is eligible for annual performance bonuses based on productivity.
