Process Engineer - Multiple Mid & Senior Level Openings Location: Appleton, WI Salary: $120,000-$160,000 DOE + Benefits An engineering consulting firm is seeking a Process Engineer to support projects within the consumer products manufacturing industry. This role involves process design, equipment specification, troubleshooting, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams on industrial manufacturing projects. Responsibilities Develop process designs and engineering calculations Create and review PFDs, P&IDs, specifications, and design documents Support sizing/specification of pumps, vessels, heat exchangers, and control valves Troubleshoot process issues and recommend solutions Support plant startup, commissioning, and on-site project activities Work directly with clients and project teams Qualifications B.S. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering Experience with industrial/process design projects Consumer products or manufacturing industry experience preferred Knowledge of fluid systems, instrumentation, and process equipment Experience with AutoCAD and Fathom preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Plant or startup experience is a plus Why Apply?
